At first, I was attracted by its 90s Hong Kong movie vibe. I like the lighting and the way it uses light and shadow which creates a great atmosphere. Other than that, I think it’s quite a creative and interesting idea to use water droplets (it should be water if I’m not mistaken) to segment the frame, giving the impression that the main light source is blurred as if it’s being cast into the water, combined with the typography, it’s truly a very engaging piece of work.

I really like how the creator combined different elements in this collage. The choices of elements were unexpected but they fit together surprisingly well. The overall colour tone of the image is really nice and calming too. The splashing water element stands out the most to me and I think it’s what makes this picture special. It’s a smart choice to add this element as it breaks up the simple composition and adds more detail to this image, making the overall composition feel more liberated.

This is a simple yet impactful photo. I personally like this kind of blurred focus style, especially the soft glow effect in night shots. The blurry night scene combined with the warm, sepia-toned hue, totally brings back those old-school film camera vibes.
